H1N1 Vaccination Information Dear parents and/or guardians of RB students, Please read the following information about the H1N1 Vaccination carefully.
Date for Vaccine: November 17th, 2009 from 0800 - 1500 (Tentative but probable due to expected delivery date of vaccine) Print, fill out, and deliver the Pediatric/Adolescent Screening form and the Parental Consent Form to the nurse by November 13th, 2009. If choose to have your child vaccinated, then please prepare them for a shot it will not be a mist. Children under nine will need a second vaccination a month later but no information is currently available as to when or where that will happen.
