Please have the following items ready when you register your child:

Current copy of orders, listing dependents

Birth Certificate

Shot record: Immunization Specifics

Social Security Number of Student

Records from previous school

If you are hand-carrying records, they must be SEALED and remain sealed to be official.  If you do not hand-carry records, please have the former school's address and phone number so that the Registrar may request records for your child.
